A dream came true for Doug and his family when they were able to move to Colorado in 1989. Doug was previously in the corporate arena where his experience included his ability to negotiate and problem solve. When it came time for a change, Doug chose real estate and couldn't be happier. Now, he's "picking up the pace" to help people realize and achieve their real estate goals. Nothing brings more satisfaction to Doug than to help someone sell their home or assist them in finding the perfect place. He offers experience, expertise, empathy and excitement to his clients as they begin their journey together in real estate. Doug is first and foremost a family man and he also finds time to fly, scuba, snow board, camp, hunt and fish. But, when you need him for help in real estate, he'll be there and he will be thrilled to work with you! Call me today at 719-272-7223 or e-mail me dougpace@kw.com.
Johnny Jacobsen
In 1986, I moved from New York to our great state of Colorado. My wonderful wife and I have two gorgeous little girls, I am one proud poppa! Our little family loves to fish and camp and all my girls have to listen to me play the guitar and piano! Prior to Real Estate I owned a paint contracting business and for a decade I specialized in high-end luxury homes. Armed with that experience, I have an expansive knowledge of Colorado homebuilders since I worked personally with them over the years. I enjoyed helping people in that arena and I now absolutely love helping people on this side, as a realtor. Please let me know how I can help you, I'm looking forward to it! You can count on me to be... Johnny On The Spot.
Patsy Scholz-Orcut
Patsy was born in Kentucky and raised in Southern Indiana. Soon after graduating from high school, Patsy moved to New Orleans where she pursued a career as a dental assistant. This lead Patsy to specialize in orthodontics as a board certified orthodontic assistant. After 26 years a career change was on the horizon. Patsy studied to become a Realtor® and her dreams became a reality.
The Scholz family visited Colorado in the late 1980¿s. Their visit made them realize that Colorado was the perfect place to raise their daughter. It took a few years to make the move from New Orleans. In 1997 they finally arrived in Colorado Springs.
Patsy¿s community spirit blossomed after the relocation. She volunteered as a Girl Scout leader for 8 years and has spent many hours volunteering at her daughter¿s school. The Colorado outdoor activities also enlighten her. She enjoys gardening, hiking, camping and fishing. Her quiet time is spent reading or sewing.
Patsy is a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors® and the Colorado Association of Realtors®.
